PatriciaJEFFS(formerly worked at James Cooke & Sons) Passed away peacefully on 4th January 2019 aged 79 years surrounded by her family. Sadly missed by her loving husband Ken, Son Adrian and his wife Julie also Grandchildren Rachel, Kane and Great Grandchildren Thea, Reuben and Eli. Funeral Service at Yardley Crematorium on Wednesday 30th January 2019 at 11.30 am. Family flowers only please, donations gratefully received for Cancer Research.
